& brand use
These terms govern the use of dubaween.com, attendance at Dubaween, and the use of the Dubaween name, logo and artwork, which are the property of Sacred Hive LLC.
Last updated October 12, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sacred Hive LLC (“Sacred Hive”, “we”, “us”), the producer of Dubaween. They apply to dubaween.com, to the Dubaween 2026 event on October 31, 2026 at Fogg Street Lawn Club, 648 Fogg St, Nashville, TN 37203, and to any use of the Dubaween name, logo or artwork. By using this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending the event, you accept these Terms.
1Intellectual property
1.1 DUBAWEEN is a trademark of Sacred Hive LLC, used in commerce in connection with live entertainment events since 2018. The Dubaween logo in all of its forms, including the wordmark, the single-colour mark, the flame and effects treatments, and the mask device, is likewise a trademark of Sacred Hive LLC (together, the “Marks”).
1.2 The event artwork, flyers, stage and lighting designs, the tagline “Nashville’s largest Halloween costume party”, and the photographs, video and other content published by Sacred Hive are protected by copyright and are owned by Sacred Hive LLC or used under license (together with the Marks, the “Brand Assets”).
1.3 No license, express or implied, is granted in the Brand Assets other than as set out in these Terms or in a written agreement signed by Sacred Hive. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
1.4 Permitted use. You may share Sacred Hive’s official flyers, posts and photographs, unaltered, for the purpose of promoting the event; publish your own photographs and video taken at the event for personal, non-commercial purposes; and, in the case of press and editorial coverage, reproduce the Marks and artwork to the extent necessary to report on the event.
1.5 Prohibited use. Except as permitted above, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Brand Assets; use the Marks, or any name or design confusingly similar to them, on or in connection with any product, service, event, website, social media account, or business; register any domain name, social media handle, or business name incorporating the word “Dubaween”; or represent, directly or by implication, that any product, service or event is produced, sponsored, endorsed or approved by Sacred Hive.
2Merchandise and licensing
2.1 No merchandise bearing the Marks, the Brand Assets, or any confusingly similar name or design may be manufactured, offered for sale, sold, listed, advertised, pre-sold, or distributed, whether for payment or free of charge, without a written license from Sacred Hive. This applies to apparel, accessories, printed goods, digital goods, and all other products, regardless of production method or sales channel, including online marketplaces, print-on-demand services, social media, and sales at or near the venue.
2.2 Describing merchandise as “fan made”, “unofficial”, “inspired by”, or “parody” does not exempt it from this section.
2.3 Official Dubaween merchandise is sold only by Sacred Hive and by licensees expressly authorized by Sacred Hive. Merchandise from any other source is unauthorized.
2.4 Licensing. Requests to license the Brand Assets may be sent to info@sacredhiveofficial.com. Please describe the proposed products, quantities, and sales channels. A license is effective only when set out in writing and signed by Sacred Hive.
2.5 Enforcement. Sacred Hive actively protects its intellectual property. Unauthorized use of the Brand Assets may result in takedown notices to marketplaces, print services, payment processors and social media platforms; demands to cease production, surrender or destroy infringing stock, and account for and disgorge profits; refusal of vendor applications and admission to Sacred Hive events; and legal action under applicable trademark, copyright and unfair competition law, including claims for damages, costs and attorneys’ fees.
3Reporting infringement
Reports of unauthorized Dubaween merchandise or other misuse of the Brand Assets may be sent to info@sacredhiveofficial.com. Please include a link to the listing or page, a screenshot, and the name of the seller where known. All reports are reviewed.
4Tickets and admission
4.1 Tickets are sold through Sacred Hive’s authorized ticketing partner and, subject to availability, at the venue on the day of the event. A ticket is a revocable license to attend. Tickets obtained from unauthorized resellers may be invalid and will not be honoured.
4.2 The event is restricted to persons 18+. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for admission. Persons unable to produce identification will be refused entry without refund.
4.3 All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available except where the event is cancelled, in which case the face value of the ticket will be refunded through the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled or relocated, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date or new venue. The venue is an outdoor facility and the event proceeds rain or shine.
4.4 All attendees are subject to search on entry. Weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, glass, fireworks, laser pointers, and professional recording equipment without accreditation are prohibited. Costume props resembling real weapons are not permitted. Masks may be worn but must be removed on request for identification and security purposes.
4.5 Sacred Hive and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any person who is intoxicated, poses a safety risk, harasses others, or breaches these Terms, without refund.
4.6 Assumption of risk. The event features loud music, strobe and laser lighting, theatrical fog, and large crowds. You attend at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Hive, the venue, the performing artists, and their respective staff and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from attendance.
5Vendors
5.1 Selling, sampling or promoting goods or services at the event requires an approved vendor booth. Vendor applications are reviewed by Sacred Hive. The booth fee is $265, payable on approval, and includes 2 general admission passes. Food and beverage vendors are not accepted.
5.2 Vendor approval does not grant any right to use the Brand Assets. Approved vendors may not sell goods bearing the Dubaween name, logo or artwork unless separately licensed under Section 2. Vendors found selling unauthorized merchandise will be closed immediately, will forfeit the booth fee, and will not be approved for future Sacred Hive events.
6Photography and recording
6.1 The event is photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded and grant Sacred Hive a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your image and likeness in such materials for the promotion of Dubaween and Sacred Hive in any medium. Requests regarding specific published material may be sent to info@sacredhiveofficial.com.
6.2 Personal, non-commercial photography with a mobile device is permitted. Recording of full performances for distribution, and any commercial use of footage of the event, requires the prior written consent of Sacred Hive and, where applicable, the performing artist.
7Website use
7.1 dubaween.com is provided for information about the event and the purchase of tickets. You may not scrape, copy, mirror or frame the website, or use its content to impersonate Sacred Hive.
7.2 Information submitted through forms on this website is transmitted to Sacred Hive and used solely to respond to your enquiry. The website uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. Further details are set out in the Sacred Hive Privacy Policy.
8General terms
8.1 Sacred Hive’s general Terms and Conditions also apply to the event. In the event of any conflict, these Terms prevail with respect to Dubaween.
8.2 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States of America. Any dispute arising under them shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
8.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
8.4 Changes. Sacred Hive may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The date of the current version appears at the top of this page.
